Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our showroom, helping customers find their perfect vehicle while delivering a smooth and engaging experience.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Explain key features, specifications, and benefits clearly and confidently
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Follow up with leads and build lasting customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns
- Stay updated on new vehicle models and technologies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
Qualifications & Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Aged between 25–35 years
- GCE A/L qualified or higher
- Experienced in sales (automobile experience preferred)
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (verbal & written)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
- Knowledgeable about vehicles (basic technical understanding)
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, email handling)
